Academy of the Arts
NSU University School provides extracurricular arts education for students and adults within the NSU University School community as well as the general community through the Academy of the Arts. Designed as an outgrowth of the school’s rich curricular programs in performing and visual arts, the program focuses on providing further enrichment opportunities after school.
Private music lessons are offered in voice, piano, guitar, violin, and ukulele. The instructors for each of these disciplines are either full-time members of our faculty or professional adjunct teachers; their bios and photos can be found under the “Instructors” section below. Students will participate in a May recital where they will have the opportunity to showcase the skills they have learned.
